Safety management systems are both strictly adhered to and continually being evaluated.

321dive is the sole school dive trip agent for Canary island Divers (Lanzarote), Oonas (Sharm), Camel (Sharm), Easy divers (Hurghada), Reef 2000 (Dahab), Fantasea Red Sea (Dahab), Wadi Lahami (RSDS), Marsa Alam (RSDS), Marsa Nakari (RSDS) and Marsa Shagra (RSDS), Calypso (Gozo) and Diveshack (Malta) Dive Clubs.

All of these Dive Clubs are at least 5 star PADI Centres, the highest award possible and are the most experienced school dive trip providers in their respective venues.

They are specially chosen for their aptitude by 321dive's Director, a qualified teacher with school experience of these same school scuba dive trips.

321dive holds Public Liability Insurance of £5 million and Professional Indemnity Protection. We also provide teachers with all of the risk assessments required, a suggested Code of Conduct and other documents helpful in the marketing and communication of the trip to pupils, parents, LEAs and school governors.

321dive holds ATOL 10431. We at 321dive consider this full protection to be essential in today's uncertain market.

At present 321dive is waiting for a response for the consideration of those tour operators that offer Adventurous Activity as well as School Travel. We hope to finally hear in respect of the LoTC's ruling shortly.

This gives peace of mind not only to the Outdoor Education Advisors, but also to the pupils in guaranteeing a safe, high quality experience.

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, and in the extremely unlikely event of 321dive's insolvency, all funds will be protected by 321dive ATOL 10431. This provides exceptional protection for all parties.
